We’re hoping everyone can participate in our zine exchange as a way to get to know other people in our community, but we understand that not everyone has the time. This ticket is for folks who want to attend the conference in September only.

You’ll have digital access to the zines people exchange, but we won’t send you printed copies in the mail.

We are encouraging everyone to take days off on the week of September 6 so that you have some time to re-charge and to digest the conference videos which are being dripped out starting on Friday, September 3.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Make sure the email you list is one where we can send you notifications and content.

By purchasing a ticket to this conference, you are agreeing to the Appear Works LLC Code of Conduct. The full Code of Conduct is here. Here is our short version:

All Appear Works events prioritize marginalized people’s safety over privileged people’s comfort.

Each Appear Works event is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender and gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, neurodivergence, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any point from participants, organizers or vendors. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled at the discretion of the organizers. This could look like anything from a verbal warning to immediate expulsion from the conference.

No weapons of any kind, or drugs are allowed at Appear Works events.
