This ticket provides access for you and someone being given an Honorarium ticket. Each ticket helps us cover the costs of the conference. After the conference budget is covered, any extra monies at the end are being donated to The Okra Project and also to Comics for Good.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Make sure the email you list is one where we can send you notifications and content.

To have your zine included in the zine exchange, your zine must be in the required format and uploaded by AUGUST 9, 2021 at 12pm PDT.

By purchasing a ticket to this conference, you are agreeing to the Appear Works LLC Code of Conduct. The full Code of Conduct is here. Here is our short version:

All Appear Works events prioritize marginalized people’s safety over privileged people’s comfort.

Each Appear Works event is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender and gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, neurodivergence, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any point from participants, organizers or vendors. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled at the discretion of the organizers. This could look like anything from a verbal warning to immediate expulsion from the conference.

No weapons of any kind, or drugs are allowed at Appear Works events.
